Starmobile is the first Philippine brand to release a smartphone withtwo side by side cameras at the back – the new Starmobile Knight Spectra.

The Starmobile Knight Spectra flaunts a 5.5-inch AMOLED displaywith full HD resolution. Both the front and back panels are covered by a layer of scratch resistant glass.
One of its dual camera system is 13 Megapixels while the other one is 2 Megapixels only. The later simply measures depth and luminance giving its re-focus capability. Between the two is an LED flash.
An 8 Megapixel camera also resides on the front and takes care of selfies.

Powering the Starmobile Knight Spectra is Qualcomm’s octa coreSnapdragon 615 processor, Android 5.1 Lollipop as the OS and an ample amount of RAM at 3GB.
It has 32GB of built-in storage space, a microSD card slot for up to 64GB memory cards and support for USB OTG.
There’s a 3,500mAh battery which the company claims to last up to 9 hours of calls or the whole day with casual use.

The Starmobile Knight Spectra isn’t just good in photography, it also has a built-in digital TV receiver for crystal clear TV shows as long as there’s digital TV signal in your area. You an even record your favorite shows!
It’s a dual SIM smartphone that can connect to 4G LTE networks for fast internet connectivity (as long as there’s LTE in your area too).
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM Radio and Over-the-Air software update are all present.

Each box of the Starmobile Knight Spectra comes with several freebies. This includes a phone case, screen protector, digital TV antenna, small TV stand and the usual charger and earphones.
The only thing going against this smartphone is its price. It retails for ₱14,990.00 which puts it against heavyweights such as the Zenfone 2 and ZUK Z1.
