ASUS ZENFONE SELFIE

Here comes the ASUS smartphone that gives more importance on selfie’s. It main objective is to focus on camera specs., but also give a good specs even if it gives a lot of importance on its camera. TheASUS ZenFone Selfie is finally available in the Philippines via online shops and physical stores and carries an official price tag of ₱11,995.

Its main feature is a 13.0 megapixel autofocus front camera that should capture the best selfies. It even has its own two-tone LED flash and real-time Beautification enhancements.

Aside from the 13MP front camera, the ASUS ZenFone Selfie also has another 13MP camera at the back with laser autofocus system. It allows rapid shots while maintaining proper focus and preventing blurry photos.

Its screen is a 5.5-inch IPS display with full HD resolution – that’s 1080 x 1920 pixels or 403 ppi. A layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 4protects it from scratches and shattering due to accidental drops.

he ASUS ZenFone Selfie runs on an octa core Snapdragon 615processor from Qualcomm with 2 or 3 GB of RAM depending on the storage.

It comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box with the Zen UI on top. There are several software features such as offscreen pattern to directly take a selfie and dedicated low light mode for the cameras.

Connectivity includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It also supports TV-out via MHLand USB OTG. The 32GB version with 3GB of RAM supports NFC.

The ASUS ZenFone Selfie is a dual SIM smartphone although only one SIM can connect to4G LTE networks at a time. There’s also a microSD card slot that can accommodate up to 128GB memory cards.

A 3,000mAh Lithium Polymer battery powers the device and promises almost 24 hours of continuous talk time.

The 32GB version is the only one that’s currently available in the country in three colors –blue, pink and white.
