Cherry Mobile joins the Virtual Reality craze by bundling a free VR Glasses with the newTouch XL 2 for an official price of merely ₱3,499.00.

It’s a 6-inch HD smartphone that runs on a quad core processor, 1GB of RAM andAndroid 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box.

The Cherry Mobile Touch XL 2 has an 8 Megapixel main camera, 2 Megapixel front snapper, 8GB of built-in storage, 3G HSPA+ connectivity and microSD card slot capable of reading up to 64GB memory cards.

Since it comes with a free VR Glasses, the Cherry Mobile Touch XL 2might have a gyroscope. It’s a sensor that determines the rotation of the viewer’s head. Otherwise, the virtual reality experience won’t be seamless.

It will be officially released sometime from April to June 2016.
