Two weeks into the year 2016, Cherry Mobile already announced a new affordable tablet with call and text capability called the Cherry Mobile Superion Radar Quad Plus.
It also boasts having Android 5.1 Lollipopas its operating system out of the box, a 7-inch display and official price tag of ₱2,999.00 only.

As its name suggests, the Cherry Mobile Superion Radar Quad Plus runs on a 1.3GHz quad core processor from MediaTek coupled with1GB of RAM.
There’s a 2 Megapixel camera on its back and a mere VGA front camera. Storage is composed of 8GB built-in and up to 32GB using a microSD card.
It can connect to 3G HSPA+ networks and has all the usual wireless connectivity features such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and even GPS (that’s why it’s named Radar).
Powering the tablet is a 2,400mAh battery.
